At Azúcar y Canela, we believe every treat tells a story, and ours began in 2011. Back then, it was just a mother and daughter baking together and building memories in the kitchen. Life took us in different directions, but we always found our way back to baking, and it became the thread that tied everything together.
In recent years, we decided it was time to take our passion seriously. With my dad as our biggest supporter, we started as a licensed cottage bakery, crafting every cake and pastry from our home kitchen. As our community grew, we outgrew our space and, with his encouragement, made the leap to open a bakery we could share with everyone.
